Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads and online classes, all sales are final and refunds will not be given under any circumstances. The technology in this online shop does not track past purchases. This is the buyer's responsibility. Please be sure that you are not repurchasing any digital products that you may have purchased in the past. Pixels to Pages is not responsible for duplicate purchases and the buyer will not be refunded for any duplicate purchases he/she may have found. Those enrolled in online classes will have access to them for as long as Pixels to Pages is in business or the class retires. If the site closes or the class is to be retired, students will be notifed 45 days in advance and given the opportunity to download class videos and any digital materials.

Terms of Use and License

Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from my downloads, except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may post creations made with this product onto public galleries or your personal blog, or submit creations to magazines or online publications provided that Kelly Sill/Pixels to Pages and the product name is properly attributed in the list of supplies.

No Commercial Use

My downloads may not be used for commercial purposes. For example, you may not do any of the following:

–use the downloads to sell a product or service.

–use the download to increase traffic to your website/blog for
  commercial reasons, such as advertising sales.

–claim my designs as your own or alter the graphics to create derivative works and claim
  them as your own.

–use these file for commercial gain without my permission.

–use these files for any other web design without my permission.

–copy these files for any reason other than back-up purposes.

–use these images/graphics to spread hate, violence, discrimination, immoral values,
  or any other use prohibited by law. No exceptions.

Any use of the downloads that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Kelly Sill/Pixels to Pages or that is for commercial purposes will be investigated, and the owner shall have the right to take appropriate civil and criminal legal action.

No Redistribution

You may not reproduce, repackage or redistribute the contents of this kit, in whole or part for any reason.

Limited Liability

September Blue and Kelly Sill shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of these materials.

Modification of Terms

Kelly Sill/Pixels to Pages have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior Agreements.
